A large commercial swimming facility with a main pool, child’s pool and diving pool with four LCP2000 nozzle plate filters. A separate wave pool was filtered by two LCP2350.

A European installation of a Lacron 42" Finaflow Deep Bed Filter installed on a commercial therapy spa.

This plant room consists of nine 42’’ Horizontal Lacron filters and four 760 carbon filters. The pool water cleaning system has three separate systems to cater the main indoor swimming pool, the main outdoor pool and the outdoor childrens pool.

This large outdoor swimming pool has 10 x 42’’ Horizontal Lacron filters using glass media.

Commercial installation in a UK leisure centre; four MultiCyclone MC16 installed on a system comprising two commercial filters in order to reduce the need for excessive backwashing. 

This 360m3 community run pool has an average daily bather load of about 500 swimmers, seven days a week. Originally the water treatment at the pool consisted of three 1.8m sand filters and excess back washing was required above the standard required. This resulted in a loss of thousands of litres of heated and chemically treated water every year. The problem was solved by installing six MultiCyclones, two per filter, manifolded from 110mm pipe to 63mm pipe. The results were almost instantaneous. Excessive backwashing and water loss has been virtually eliminated and maintenance is quick and easy.

This is a refurbished plant room where the original stainless steel filters were replaced by four Lacron LCP2000 nozzle plate filters.

This plant room houses nine 42’’ Horizontal Lacron filters, three 760 carbon filters and one 24”/610 mm Lacron filter used as  Spa adapter.
The Spa adapter uses the water from the large swimming pool and heats up the water for the Spa during daytime and reduces the heat during night time. To install a Spa adapter instead of a separate cleaning system for the Spa saves a lot of energy and water.
